Virginia E. (Efverman) See, 88, died peacefully Thursday April 9, at Life
Care Center of Leominster.
Virginia was born in Fitchburg, January 15, 1927, the daughter of Anton
and Glada (Smith) Efverman. She grew up in Fitchburg and attended local
schools. She was employed as a seamstress at the former Asher Pants Co.
Virginia loved needlepoint and crochet and was an avid reader. She loved
lighthouses and collected many models displayed around her home.
Virginia leaves her sons and daughters-in-law Bruce J. Birch and Marsha of
N.C. and William P. Birch and Lisa in N.J. Her daughter Shirley St.Martin of
Fitchburg and her sister Harriet Bebick of Fitchburg. Five grandchildren
and six great grandchildren.
Virginia was predeceased by her husbands Charles See, Richard
Chambers and Paul Birch. Also her brothers Robert and Donald Efverman
and her sisters Constance Konrady, Elizabeth Chartrand and Barbara
Dwyer.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services for Virginia on
Tuesday April 21 at 11:00 A.M. in Emanuel Lutheran Church 1200 John
Fitch Highway. A reception will follow in the church hall following the
service. Burial will be private. Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. is
