Steven Roger Maki, 60, of Fitchburg died Tuesday March 5, at Bay State
Medical Center in Springfield, after an illness.
Steve  leaves his son Jeffrey S. Maki of Baldwinville, his sister and brother-
in-law Susan C. and Antti Maki of Jacksonville, FL. his brother and sister-
in-law Dennis J. and Karen Maki of Parish, FL.  and nieces and nephews.
Steve was born in Fitchburg January 19, 1953, the son of Olavi J. and
Miriam I. (Matson) Maki. He was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran  from 1972 to
1974. He worked various construction jobs.
A funeral service with military honors for Steven will be held on Monday
March 18 at 11:00 A.M. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St.. A
visitation time will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Following cremation, burial will be
private.
