Roger P. Shepard, Sr.

Roger P. "Shep" Shepard, Sr. 84. of Turners Falls, MA. passed away on
Saturday, July 25, 2015 from complications caused by a stroke.

Born in Leominster, MA. to Julia (Belanger) and Elmer H. Shepard, he was
a long time resident of Fitchburg and attended Leominster public schools,
graduating in 1949.

Working for the Teamsters - local 170 at the Intercontinental Baking
Company, he was known as the "Twinky-guy" and "Wonder Bread-man" for
28 years. Prior to settling in here, he held many other positions including
working as a realtor in New England, an ice delivery man in Florida, a
milkman in Hollywood Hills, CA. and Central Massachusetts area, and a
railway man for the Boston and Maine railroad.

Roger will be especially remembered for his sense of humor, spirit of
adventure, strong work ethic and undying love for his family.

He is survived by his children: Marc P. Shepard of Fitchburg, Michelle D.
Shepard of Tyngsboro,  and Roger P. Shepard Jr. of Shirley. Roger was
predeceased by his wife of 42 years, Edna (Rill) Shepard.

Services will be private for the family. Please contact Bosk Funeral Home
