Rafael J. Perez, 41 died unexpectedly at home on Thursday October 24. Rafael was born in Ponce, PR. August 27, 1981 son of Rafael Perez and Mirna Torres. Besides his parents, he leaves his daughter Enid Lugo, four brothers, Josean Echevaria, Angel Echevaria, Jose Rafael Perez Torres and Israel Perez. His sister Jenifer Perez.

Visitation and services for Rafael will be Monday November 7 from 10 AM to 12 PM followed by burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
