Nancy J. (Tolman) Fritz, 83,  of Lunenburg,  died Tuesday August 12, 2014
after an illness.
Nancy was born in Rochester, N.Y. May 8, 1931, daughter of Maurice and
Rena (Smith) Tolman  and has lived in Lunenburg over 60 years. She
graduated from Fitchburg High School and Becker Junior College. She was
employed many years ago at the Fitchburg Unemployment office.

Nancy's family was her life. She was an avid spectator of all sports
involving her grandchildren and great grandchildren and  tried never to
miss a game. Holidays were specially important to her and she loved all the
decorations and splendor. She made quilts for her grandchildren that had
special meaning to each of them.

Nancy   loved gardening, birds and all of nature; she loved to spend time in
York Beach, Maine, Harwichport and Rockport, Ma. Nancy was a member of
the Leominster Art Association, the Turkey Hill Gardners Club. She was a
long time volunteer  with the American Red Cross Blood Mobile..

Nancy's husband of 45 years, Robert D. Fritz died October 3, 1998. She
leaves her son, Douglas D. Fritz of Fitchburg, her daughters Rebecca I.
Fritz of Westminster and Pamela D. Fritz of Lunenburg. Nine grandchildren,
two great grandchildren.

A funeral service for Nancy will be held on Saturday August 16, at 2:00 P.M.
in .Christ Episcopal Church 569 Main St. Fitchburg, followed by burial in
Forest Hill Cemetery. A calling hour will be from 1P.M. to 2 P.M. in the
