Kenneth R. Reynolds, 96
World War ll Veteran

Kenneth R. Reynolds, 96, died on March 18, 2016 at Life Care Center in
Leominster. He was born in Birmingham, England November 21, 1919 son of
Charles H. and Elizabeth (Bird) Reynolds.

Kenneth was employed  at Crocker Burbank, Weyerhauser and James River and
was a tour supervisor. He took time out from the parer mill to serve in the U.S. Navy
during World War ll and served on the SS George Gipp. Kenneth became a
Naturalized Citizen in February, 1947. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at the
farm and at camp.

Kenneth leaves his son and his wife John and Joanne Reynolds of Vt., his
daughterand her husband Barbara and Frank  McKay of North Carolina. He also
leaves his brother and sisters,  Beatrice R. Porell, Audrey R. Rafuse and Charles E.
Reynolds.  His grandhildren Nicole McKay Edwards, Alexandra and her husband
Tom McGonegal,, Elizabeth Reynolds, Katheryn Reynolds and his great
grandaughter Morgan Edwards., and great grandsons John and Brendan.. He loved
seeing his great grandsons, who visited him regulary.

Kenneth's wife of 64 years, Sadie E. (Niemi) died in 2005.He was also precedeased
by his brothers Alfred Reynolds and Arthur Reynolds and his sisters Marjorie R. Gallon and Joan R.
Leger Girouard.

Relatives and friends are invted to gather at the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St.
Fitchburg at 10 A.M.  on Saturday April 2, for procession to New Cemetery in
Ashburnham for a graveside service with military honors at 11:00 A.M.
