Jhonathan Fuentes, 40 

Jhonathan Fuentes, 40, of Fitchburg, died Sunday evening in Leominster, as the result of a motorcycle accident. Jhonathan was born in Brooklyn, NY May 16, 1981. He worked repairing and reconditioning pool tables. 

Jhonathan leaves his mother Yolanda Perez, his grandmother Eva Perez, his daughters Angela Fuentes, Izabella Fuentes and his son Noah Fuentes. He also leaves his brother Jose Fuentes and his sisters Wanda Fuentes, Jennifer Fuentes and Stephanie Fuentes. Also  his girl friend Waleska Melendez and his uncle Marco Rivera. Also Brittany Roy, mother of Izabella and Noah.  He was predeceased by his brother Jason Fuentes and his step-father Francisco deJesus. 

Visitation time will be held on Friday from 2 to 9 PM. Family and friends will gather Saturday morning from 9AM for procession to Forest Hill Cemetery at 11AM
