James S. Pavlin

Falmouth- James S. Pavlin, 95 passed away at Falmouth hospital on August 17, 2019. He was born on July 3, 1924 to Jacob and Amelia (Pirc) Pavlin in Ljubjana Yugoslavia. James leaves behind one son Andrew W. Pavlin, three daughters Diane M. Lewis, Nancy A. Witkowski, Julie Doig, seven grandchildren Christopher Lewis, Deanna Witkowski, Mitchell Witkowski, Alyssa Pavlin, Lindsey Pavlin, Austin Doig, Evan Doig, and three great grandchildren. James was predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Leucht) Pavlin in 1977. James graduated from Boston University as a chemist and was the owner of US Synthetics in Fitchburg. James will forever be remembered as a cultured man. He loved to read just about anything more specifically with topics such chemistry and physics.  He enjoyed cooking and watching the European news. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday August 24 from 9:00- 10:00 am followed by a burial at West Cemetery on Green Road in Bolton MA
