Loving husband, father, great grandfather
and great great grandfather

Henry Ernest Lamoureux, 87, died peacefully at home on  Tuesday January
21, with his loving family at his bedside.
            
Henry leaves his wife of 66 years, Theresa A. (Perkins) Lamoureux, they
were married December 6, 1947. His sons and daughters-in-law James H.
and Patricia  of Hubbardston, Kenneth G. and Donna of Ashburnham and
Joseph A. and Lisa of Fitchburg.  His daughters and sons-in-law Patricia A.
Lamoureux and Thomas C. Belanger of Sterling, Jean M. Duval and Shane
of Gardner and Lori A. Perreault and Michael of Piedmont S.C.

He also leaves his brother and sister-in-law  Edmund Lamoureux  and
Claire of Leominster, his sister Lillian Martin of Florida.  His sister-in-law,
widow of Lawrence, Suzanne Lamoureux of Fitchburg. Numerous
Grandchildren, Great grandchildren and one great great grandaughter.
Numerous nieces and nephews.  His son Lawrence  Lamoureux died March
14, 2012. His sister Mae Rose Bergeron also predeceased him.

Henry was born in Leominster, April 26, 1926, the son of the late Joseph
and Mary C. (Gagne) Lamoureux. He grew up in Leominster and attended
local schools. He had been a resident of Fitchburg for 26 years.  He was
employed as a dye polisher in a machine shop. He was a U.S.Navy veteran
of World War ll and served as Avaiation Boatswain's Mate aboard several
ships. He was a member of the Leminster Franco Veterans Association, the
Leominster Sportsmen's Club and the Leominster Eagles.

At Henry's request his body was donated to Boston University Medical
School for medical research.
A visitation period and celebration of life will be held on Monday January
27 from 5 to 7 P.M. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. In lieu of
flowers, contributions may be made to the Montachusett Home Care 680
Mechanic St. Leominster or to the Health Alliance Hospice 25 Tucker Drive
Leominster.
