Gloria M. (Cote) Delphia, 79, of Fitchburg, died pecefully at home after a
lengthly illness with her loving family at her bedside.
Gloria was born in Gardner, June 15, 1935, daughter of Lionel and Flora
(Casie) Cote. She was a resident of Fitchburg most of her life and she
graduated from Fitchburg High School.  Gloria was employed for many
years at the former Rich's and King's department stores.
Gloria enjoyed playing cards, camping and was a great darts game cheer
leader.  Her grand children and great grandchildren were the love of her
life. She always had open house to anyone and all who needed a meal or a
place to sleep. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and the
former Immaculate Conception Church.
Gloria's husband of fifty years  Francis J. Delphia died in 2007. Gloria
leaves her sons Francis J. Delphia Jr., Kevin L. Delphia and her daughter
Deborah L. Catterton and her companion Kevin Roberts all of Fitchburg.
Her sister Leona Morin of Gardner. She also leaves her grandchildren
Jeremy Hastings and companion Tonya Martin, Erick Catterton and
companion Meghan Northway, Jillian Delphia and step grandaughter Amy
Germain-Montalvo. Also Great grandchildren Jordan Alcala, Kelsey
Mitchell, Payton Catterton, Colby Catterton Dylan Hastings and Andrew
Northway. Many Nieces and Nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 9:30 to 10:30
A.M. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. on Wednesday morning May
27, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church 63 Sheridan
St. A reception will follow in the church hall. Contributions in her name
