Doris E. Silverstein 95
Doris Enid (Rudolph) Silverstein, 95 of Fitchburg, former long time
resident of Westminster, died Tusday November 19 at home with her
family at her bedside.
Doris leaves her long time companion Charles E. Page, her step-daughters,
Deborah P. Wegener and husband Ralph and their sons Derek and Kurt.
Judith A. Duclos and her daughters KimCloutier and Tracy Ashe of
Ashburnham. She also leaves her nephews Frederick MacIntosh and wife
Jeannie and Blake MacIntosh of Avonport, Nova Scotia. Her niece June
MacIntosh of Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Also grand nieces and grand
nephews.
Doris was predeceased by her husband Louis Silverstein in 1982. and her
sister Violet Marie MacIntosh.
Doris was born in Halifax, N.S. the daughter of Edward and Jennie
(Lockhart) Rudolph. She came to the United States in 1936 and moved to
Westminster in 1988 She was employed as a secretary at the Rayrheon
Company for 20 years and the worked at the Riseberg Specialty Shop in
Waltham for several years.
Funeral services for Doris will be held on Saturday November 23 at 12:30
P.M. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. followed by burial in Forest
Hill Cemetery A visitation time will precede the funeral service from 11 A.M.
to 12:30 P.M. Contributions may be made to the Oncology Clinic at Burbank
