OBITUARY FOR CRAWFORD MCKITTRICK
Crawford McKittrick passed away in San Francisco on March 1, 2014, at the age of 48.
He was born in Nashua, NH, on Oct 2. 1965. He was the son of Alan McKittrick, Jr. and Patricia (Taylor) McKittrick. Crawford's mother passed away in 1977. He is survived by his father and loving stepmother, Hilkka McKittrick; as well as his sisters Martha McKittrick, of New York City; Betsi McKittrick of Pueblo CO; his stepsister, Courtney Hurley, of Shrewsbury MA; and stepbrother Dustin Baker, of Kingston. MA.
In his early years, Crawford lived in Leominster and Fitchburg MA. He attended St Bernard's High School, and graduated from Cushing Academy in Ashburnham. He played varsity baseball and basketball. He was an avid fan of all Boston sports teams. He graduated from Springfield College, Springfield, MA in 1987. Along with a few close friends, he then headed to California, where he settled in the San Francisco area. He earned a Masters Degree at University of San Francisco. Crawford enjoyed a very successful career as an outside sales representative for several medical companies, mostly covering the city of San Francisco. He won many awards from his company, and donated much of his spare time to helping others, and working with charitable organizations . He was a true caregiver.
A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, April 12,at the Bosk Funeral home, 85 Blossom St, Fitchburg. Calling hours are 10-11 AM, and a service at 11-11:30 AM.
