Angel P. De La Rosa, 83, died at Leominster Hospital on Saturday, October 19th. Angel was born on December 1st, 1935 in Guamote, Ecuador, son of Lucas and Manuela (Munoz) De La Rosa. He relocated from New York to Leominster in 1996. With his entrepreneurial spirit he embark in the areas of footwear, tailoring and jewelry sales. Angel leaves his wife of 35 years Aminta A. (Gomez) De la Rosa, five daughters, five sons, three brothers and four sisters. He was a member of the Capilla Santisima Trinidad. Angel will forever be remembered as a savvy business man, with a passion for soccer, food and music. His charisma made him popular. He loved spending time with his grandkids as well as making people smile and laugh. Angel’s presence was such that when he walked into a room it was hard not to gravitate towards him because of his classic style. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation period from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a prayer service at 2:30 p.m. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom Street, Fitchburg, Ma. 01420.
