Ralph Robert Dicker age 87 born 8/9/30 Fitchburg - passed away at home 5/29/18.
He was born the son of Samuel and Alice (Wiitala) Tikka (later charged by family to Dicker). He attended Fitchburg school system.
He worked as a service manager for Hope Tire Company (now Fitchburg Tire) for over 10 years and was employed over 30 years by General Electric as a welder, layout person, machinist and inspector.
Bob was a charter and lifetime member of the Eastwood Club. He served as a treasurer and was also a lifetime member of the Turnpike Rod & Gun and served on the Fitchburg Conservation Commission.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and brothers and he had an interest in sports of any kind, especially the New England Teams.
He is survived by his son Robert along with many nieces and nephews.
His daughter Shelly Chelikhov passed away 6/4/11. He is also predeceased by his sister Mary Kiuru and his brothers William (Youko), Edward (Armas), Walter, Arthur and Richard.
Funeral services and burial will be private. Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. will be assisting the family. Boskfuneralhome.com
