Desmond D. Philp, 48

Desmond Daniel Philp, 48,  died unexpectadly at Health Alliance Leominster
Hospital. He was born in Westmorland, Jamaica, raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. and
moved to Fitchburg  in the early 90s.  He was an entertainer and worked mostly in
the music business. He spent a lot of time in the production of his own albums. He
loved spending time with family. He was always a happy and friendly person and
loved by everyone for his great smie and courageous laugh 
He leaves his son Don Philp,  step-mother  Ellen "Dina" Philp, close friends Maureen
Forgues, Richard Spence, brothers and sisters in Jamaica and Canada. He was
predeceased by his father Daniel Philp.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation period from 5 to 7 P.M. on Thursday 
and on Friday morning from 10  to 10:30 A.M.  in the Bosk Funeral Home 85
Blossom St. followed by burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
