Vanessa Rene Mullen Cordio, 34 years of age, born November 13, 1981, Frankfurt, Germany, US Army military base, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 7th, where she resided in Fitchburg, MA. Vanessa leaves behind her two children, Ariana Lynn Dobson & Dylan Jackson Dobson, two step children Steven & Cordaro Cordio, of Fitchburg, MA.  She also leaves behind her husband Wilho Anthony Cordio of Fitchburg, MA.  Vanessa was born the daughter of Rene E. Mosher Goguen, of Eustis, FL and Dennis R. Mullen, of Peterborough, NH. Along with her birth parents, she leaves behind a loving step father, Wayne A. Goguen, formally from Fitchburg, MA, now of Eustis, FL. Vanessa has three siblings, Jared J. Mullen, of Ashburnham, MA, Samuel Mullen and Julia Gaudet both of NH.  She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Laycee Mullen, Jaxson Mullen, Lucas Mullen & Lilly Gaudet. Along with the above mentioned,  she leaves behind two grandparents, Charles W. and Katherine C. Mosher of Medway, MA and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Vanessa graduated from Fitchburg Adult Program in 2004 and always had aspirations of being a Forensic Scientist. She had a true love of dolphins and enjoyed listening to music. Vanessa was loved by many and will be truly missed. Calling hours will be from 3 to 5pm at the Bosk Funeral Home on Saturday, January 16th at 85 Blossom Street, Fitchburg, MA.  A Memorial Service will be given at the Twin City Baptist Church on Saturday, January 23rd at 11AM, located at 194 Electric Avenue in Lunenburg, MA.   In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Twin City Baptist Church, Lunenburg, MA in care of her children.
