Nancy Mae Viggiano,  87

Nancy Mae (Ryan) Viggiano, 87 lifelong resident of Fitchburg, died July 22, at
Wachusett Manor Rehab and Nursing Home in Gardner.
Nancy leaves her son Salvatore Viggiano lll of Fitchburg, and her sister Frances
Goss also of Fitchburg. Nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents
Frederic and Frances (Leware) Ryan  and her brothers Frederic Ryan Jr and
Richard Ryan. 
Nancy graduated from St. Bernard Central Catholic High School and the former
Burbank Hospital School of Nursing. She attended the University of Pennsylvania
School of Nursing  and graduated with her Bachlor's degree in Nursing. She worked
at Burbank hospital and Later in the office of Dr. Babineau Sr. and Dr. Babineau
Jr.  Nancy also worked  for the UMASS Residency program of Fitchburg for 30
years.
Nancy was a lifelong member of St. Anthony de Padua Church and was organist
and pianist for many years.
A Memorial Mass for Nancy will be held on Saturday August 13, at 10:00 A.M. in
St. Anthony de Padua Church.  Contributions in Nancy's name may be made to the
Alzheimer's Association 480 Pleasant St. Watertown, Ma. 02472
