Mary A. (Economo) Smith, 76, former long time resident of Fitchburg, died aturday
at Henry Heywood Hospital  in Gardner after an illness. Mary was born in
Fitchburg, daughter of Fotis and Fannie M. (Suominen) Econono and lived most of
her life in Fitchburg until moving to Orange  several  years ago.
Mary leaves her daughter Barbara Allen and husband Vergial of Orange, Brenda
Johnson of South Carolina, Lora Hache of Fitchburg Tammy and Paul Perron of
Fitchburg. Her son James D. Smith of Athol. Also her brother Jon Economo and his
wife Barbara of Lunenburg. Also her grandchildren Robert Boulet 3rd of Fitchburg
Angela Miller of California Nichole Wollacott of S.C. Amanda Laclair of Fitchburg,
Samantha Hache of Fitchburg and several great grandchildren. One nephew Jon
Economo, and many friends.  She was predeceased by her grandson Shawn Allen
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation period from 5 to 6:30 PM on
Monday January 30, followed by a service in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St.
