Joseph Derek Bergeron, 63,  a lifelong resident of Fitchburg until his lengthly illness
died Saturday August 13, at Edith Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, where he
resided for the past twenty years. Joseph had been employed at Modu Form
Company until his retirement due to illness.
Joseph was born in Fitchburg, son of Russell A. and Margaret (Drummond)
Bergeron. He was a U.S.Army veteran serving during the Vietnam era. 
Joseph leaves his wife Elaine M. (Guimond) Bergeron of Fitchburg, his sons Joseph
D., Matthew J. and Corey Bergeron all of Fitchburg. Also his daughters Corrissa A.
Figueroa of Leominster, Shelly M. Martin of Fitchburg , and  Shawna Bergeron.
Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his
daughter Laurie A. Josselyn.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation period on Thursday August 18, from
11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. Funeral service
and burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. at th Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery 115
Glenallen St. Winchendon.
