Frances A. Walsh, 82
Beloved Mother, Grandmother

Frances Anne (Sokolowski) Walsh, 82, died Friday April 1, at UMASS Medical
Center on Friday April 1.
Frances was born in Manchester, N.H. August 7, 1933, daughter of Joseph T and
Beatrice (Tousignant)  Sokolowski. She grew up in Gardner, Ma. and graduated
from Gardner High school and later from Fitchburg Teachers' College with a
Master's degree in education. She taught briefly but then concentrated on bringing
up her five boys. Frances especially loved her granddchildren, Sean R., Lauren E.,
Ryan M, Maria C., and Liam M.S. Walsh. She loved  dogs, spending time at Cape
Cod and she was a whiz at cribbage. She spent many hours at the Devine Mercy
Perpetual Adoration Chapel. 
Frances also leaves her sons  Patrick J. Walsh, Brian D. Walsh and his wife Edlyn 
C.,  Sean R. Walsh,  and Kevin C. Walsh. Her husband Francis Walsh died  in 2006
and her son Michael  F. Walsh died in 2012.
Calling hours for Frances will be held on Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 A.M.
in the Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. followed by a  funeral Mass at
St.Camillus-St Bernard Church 115 Mechanic St. at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in
St. Bernard Cemetery. In lieu  of flowers contributions may be made to Devine
Mercy Perpetual Adoration Chapel, c/o St Camillus-StBernard Church.
